These small sky studies are rather addictive. A cold wind blows and dull white/grey skies have come again so I won't be able to do any more of these for a few days unfortunately. Well I could but they would be dull, dull, dull.....

It's time to return to my easel.

    Really like these - especially the last one which looks like clouds really holding rain that is just beginning to fall :)

    Watercolour works beautifully for these. It looks very much like a cold spring day in these clouds. Fabulous!

    Beautiful watercolor studies Lisa! As I can see the watercolor is very good for painting sky and clouds. Your paintings are meditative again.
