Sketchbook pages from my little blue book. I'm about halfway through this little square sketchbook (14x14cm) it has a blue cover as apposed to the usual black ones and so I am using only blue inside....a bit easier for me I know. Maybe next time I will brave a red cover and only use red...only joking! I don't think I could manage that.

Now you knew I’d have to jump over here as soon I heard BLUE :). And I was not disappointed…in fact, I was inspired and so in awe of all your works. Some look like watercolor works and some like prints and some I’m not sure but all so calming, lovely, evocative of the best days spent by the beach (or maybe when you fall asleep after a day at the beach and dream of those blues and turquoise colors and rolling waves and beach stones and shells). WOW!!!

Hi Rhonda, I have a right old mixture in this book. Some pages have prints that didn't quite come out right and I work back into them with other media to try out things that might be used for new work, some bits are done on site and others made from other works, lots of thoughts notes and ideas - anything goes. I think you are right - it is a kind of day dreaming book, a big old melting pot. -I hope your Sweetie is feeling better now, maybe you could catch a break to the shore for a bit of R&R yourselves?
