Headland - a new etching

Headland   etching 6x6cm   ©2018LisaLeQuelenec

I love the super strong contrasts of light on the ocean that you get after a heavy downpour and the energy and exhilaration as you wait in anticipation for the next bout to come. So inspiring, even though it can make your eyes ache for the relief in the shadows.

This etching is available on Etsy at Seaside Studios UK.

Your love for the sea comes across in your lovely work Lisa. This is no exception. Your etchings are a beautiful as your watercolors. Hope you and your puppy are having a delightful day. Enjoy your walks. Hugs!

Hi there Lisa... Neither your painting's visual effects nor your verbal description of why you painted the subject could ever be achieved without a genuine love for the sea... your passion.

I love the fact that both your verbal and non-verbal responses support each other so beautifully.

Warmest regards,
Bruce
